“When I was living in NYC for a little bit I realised how much I had grown used to seeing green around me regularly. I remember one day feeling agitated at the concrete jungle of New York.
I was thinking where the f**k is the nature?! I’m from Tallaght, a place where I could always see the Dublin-Wicklow mountains.
Nature was never scarce to me, from then on I realised how important nature was to me.
It’s a major positive about Dublin, It’s the part of Dublin that I try to show to friends & family who visit.
This project comes from a place of knowing that yeah these big cities are great fun but I know myself there’s always a moment when I need some nature to realign myself, get me ‘BACK TO THE LAND’ - Azeez Saeed”
